A blend of some of the finest Assam Orthodox teas. This is a pure Second Flush blend with gold tips, a complex bouquet and a pronounced malty-spicy-flowery flavor. Great by itself and excellent for blending to make Irish Breakfast or other English-style blends. Also good for making Iced Tea.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz
