This Tea comes from Southern Taiwan (also called Formosa - Dutch for Beautiful!), from the Phoenix Mountain Region. It is grown on a specific mountain called "Tung Ting" (Cold Top - so-called due to its cold, wet winters) at an elevation of 1500 to 2700 feet. Picked four times a year, the Spring (March to May) picking is considered the best. With a naturally sweet, fruity aroma, and orchid-like aromatics, this is a full bodied Tea with an exquisite, complex finish. Caffeine: 30 mg / 6 oz cup.
