It has a light, transparent green color with a mildly sweet, bright taste. It is a great example of the diversity in Japanese Green Tea. This Tea is hand-plucked and hand-cut with scissors before the stems are separated. Not to be confused with brown, "twig-style" Kukicha, this unfermented green Tea is produced from leaf stems.
